The P&C is a voluntary committee that provides services to students and their families, supports the school staff, assists in fundraising for the school and contributes to building the school community. Any parent can join the P&C at any General Meeting but it is best to join at the Annual General Meeting at the start of the year. To have the right to vote on P&C decisions, members must be “financial”, meaning they need to have contributed a minimum sum of money to the P&C (usually 10 cents). Meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of every month in the school staffroom commencing at 7.30pm on Monday. The school Principal, or appropriate school representative, attends these meetings.
